To Whom It May Concern,

Dale Pyle just asked me if I would write a short note on my family’s experience with him as our “personal chef.” As I was looking for the perfect Birthday gift for my “other half” I decided to have a personal chef come into our home and prepare a special dinner for us. I came across Dale on the internet on the Personal Chef Association site and contacted him. I interviewed him by phone and told him my needs, he prepared a menu, and we scheduled our evening for September 10.

What an incredible experience! I consider us connoisseurs of fine food and fine wine. From the presentation of each plate of our four-course dinner to the incredible taste of each, nothing could have topped this evening. Dale’s personality is a great accompaniment to the evening. He would serve us, describe the dish and allow us to enjoy our private evening as he would retire to the kitchen and make timely visits on us moving the dinner along. His skill is incredible and I have been very excited to share my evening with all. What a great service he is providing. Oh~ and he left the kitchen cleaner than he found it.

I really can’t say enough about just how wonderful EVERYTHING was. The quality of the food, the presentation, the entire experience is like nothing that can be experienced in the finest of restaurant settings.
